My Syllabus Statement from Spring 2021 on Pronouns as Potential Example:

"Preferred Names and Pronouns: Please call me either Professor East or Dr. East. My preferred pronouns are she/her/hers. I will call you by the first name that appears on your zoom account in class, or email address over email, unless you let me know you prefer a different name either via email or zoom, in which case I am very happy to use your preferred name. Please make sure your preferred name is visible on your zoom account. I will try to default to they/them pronouns to refer to students, but if you have other preferred pronouns, please feel free to let me know either via email or zoom."
